CHBO / Culture of Health in Business Organization

Culture of Health in Business Organization is aligned with the Ethical Standards of employees, consumers, communities, the environment and the Mature people.
We, at CHBO, the Culture of Health in Business Organization subscribe to this code of Ethics, in recognition of the importance of our Culture of Health in affecting the health of people within organizations locally, nationally and globally; and by accepting a personal commitment to professionals and to the communities of enterprises. We do hereby commit ourselves to the highest ethical practices, which serve the cause of the Culture of Health in Business in the most efficient manner possible. Our Code of Ethics will abide by the character and the civility towards neighborhoods, communities, cities and nations.

It is about all of us.

Five sections to our Code of Ethics:
1. Commitment to the public.
2. Commitment to the Culture of Health in Business.
3. Commitment to parties wishing to incorporate the Culture of Health in Businesses.
4. Commitment of leaders wishing to join the Culture of Health in Business Organization.
5. The Obligation of the Public.

I acknowledge the following Obligations:

1. Commitment to the Public:
a. At CHBO our ultimate commitment is to inform the population of the purpose of promoting, maintaining, and improving the Culture of Health in Business; through their consumers, their employees, their communities and their environment. When a conflict of issues or concerns arises amongst individuals, groups, organizations, agencies, or institutions, CHBO must consider all issues and give priority to those that promote the Culture of Health quality of living as outlined in our section (culture of health). It will be based on the principles of our Code of Ethics; self-determination and freedom of choice for the individual.
b. As a non-profit organization, our commitment is towards research & development, metrics to improve our purpose, mission, vision and objective. The Culture of Health contributes to the Health of the population and designed to improve Businesses, through research and leading tools to measure Culture of Health. When planning and conducting research or metrics/evaluations, our team do so in accordance with laws and regulations of the country, organizational and institutional policies, and professional standards, abiding with the principal that “Our body has rights over us".

2. CHBO's commitment to the Culture of Health in Business:
a. Active promotion of good health.
b. “Do no harm” principle.
c. Promoting integrity in the delivery of the Culture of Health in Business. We respect the rights, dignity, opinions of others, confidentiality, and worth of all by adapting strategies and methods to the needs of diverse organizations.
d. The firm principle of encouraging non-discriminatory standards of behavior in the interactions with others.
e. Promotion of health justice.
f. Sensitivity to social and cultural diversity in accordance to the law, when planning and implementing programs/solutions.
g. To recognize the Culture of Health as an important element in the growth goals of an organization.
h. To support the efforts by providing timely responses and appropriate information materials to the public or organizations.
i. Responsibility of professional behaviors, for the reputation of our activity, and to promot ethical conducts among colleagues and others.

3. Commitment (by CHBO) towards parties wishing to integrate the Culture of Health in Businesses to:
a. Provide assessment, reports or consultancy services in timely sufficient and effective matter.
b. Communicate when applicable, the potential outcomes of our value propositions, strategies, pending decisions and choices to the business and/or individuals who will be affected.
c. Comply with the process, terms and conditions of collaboration conducts.
d. Intentionally/conscientiously offer honest support and information on service knowledge and service expectations.
e. Not to deal with any form of dishonesty or misrepresentation.
f. Provide services assessment appropriate to all organizations.
g. Keep information strictly confidential between all involved parties.
h. Establish relationships only with well represented, regulated nationally and internationally organizations through their profession and industry.
i. Refrain from disclosing any information without the consent of the business, unless authorized.
j. Constantly strive to add value to the relationship between the organization and the positive impact of the Culture of Health.
k. Offer each organization a price/fee policy of our certifications --without any discrimination to the organization revenue status and/or business size. Our Fair Pricing Policy is based on our cost plus a reasonable margin to allow continuous growth and development in relation to the Culture of Health in Business. Our relationships are built on trust. It is our policy to be honest and open.

4. Commitment of leaders to join the Culture of Health in Business Organization.
To the best of the ability and to the best of the knowledge of leaders or team of leaders in the business:
a. To encourage actions health guideline that support and facilitate the best balance of benefits of the Culture of Health in Business over harm for all affected parties.
b. Employee Health: To promote the Culture of Health, consult and to offer recommendations to employees in terms of health.
c. Consumer Health: To conduct business in an honest manner to make sure, that consumers get what they pay for, their health and safety will not be harmed in any way.
d. Community Health: To constantly strive to enhance the relationship between the Business and its relative Community.
e. Environmental Health: To clearly and fairly communicate the concerns of your business in relation to the environmental impact.
f. To enhance the honorability and value of the Culture of Health in Business, amongst managers.
g. To positively promote and share, honor the benefits of the Culture of Health in Business.
h. To provide correct and clear information to demonstrate commitment to the Culture of Health in your Business conducts.
i. As a leader and/or the team --do Not be afraid, to express any objection or concern with the "Culture of Health in Business”.

5. The Obligation of the Public.
a. To promote the Culture of Health in Business to lower the implications and the costs of HealthCare.
b. To share ideas beneficial to the Culture of Health in Business and its Pillars.
c. To enhance the Culture of Health amongst employers and the public by supporting CHBO; and by subscribing to its Code of Ethics and principles.
d. Within your capacities, work to advance the interests of a Culture of Health in Business for consumers, workers, communities and the environment in general and any way you can.
e. “Our body has rights over us” let’s claim it.
f. Spread the word about CHBO and its Culture of Health in Business.

CHBO, the Organization and/or the Public, I accept these obligations as a personal commitment to the best of my knowledge. I shall actively discharge these obligations and I dedicate myself to that end --to the best of my abilities.

Last, but not the least, --we are a not-for-profit organization, we help volunteers to learn about the Culture of Health in Business new proven trend; and we often rely on our volunteers to achieve parts of our activities, some of them being university students or others are active retired employees/mature people, they are qualified-valuable to us and contribute enormously to crosscommunities and to the country at large. Please “positive considerations”, when dealing with them.
Alone we have weak Health, Together we have Stronger Health; but remember, that with strength comes responsibility to others & to ourselves.
